You can silently uninstall ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server or the web app by running the msiexec.exe command.
- Open a command prompt.
- Execute the following command to uninstall ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server or the web app:10.9
For ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server:
