New at 10.9
The 10.9 release of ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing Server includes minor enhancements to the software and the documentation; no major new functionality is included with this release.
Note:
The standalone Location Referencing Server installer is no longer necessary at 10.9. You can download the ArcGIS Event Editor from My Esri.
